About Me

Blessings, I’m Jossie Gallizia, an educator, instructional designer, author, and founder of Trailblazer Academy Consultant Services. My personal journey has been defined by overcoming profound obstacles, homelessness, hunger, and multiple learning disabilities, including autism, dyslexia, dysgraphia, dyscalculia, and ADHD. These challenges ignited my passion to empower students, particularly those from low-socioeconomic backgrounds.

I created the B.R.I.G.H.T. Learning System, a comprehensive, learner-centered methodology that transforms struggling students into high achievers by making complex ideas simple and clear. With a focus on holistic growth, this system has helped close academic achievement gaps, turning struggling students into gifted learners.

Over my 19-year career, I’ve worked tirelessly to provide tools that impact not only academic success but also health and wellness. Through Trailblazer Academy Consultant Services, I support and train educators, helping them unlock their students’ potential. I’ve had the privilege of seeing these strategies uplift countless children, enabling them to overcome the barriers of poverty and limited resources.

As an author, my work reflects my dedication to personal growth and empowerment. My books, including Spiritual Evolution: A Journey for Everyone, blend my educational philosophy with a focus on self-development, wellness, and finding the best version of oneself.

Driven by the belief that education should be inclusive, accessible, and transformative, I continue to develop new ways to inspire both students and educators. My life’s mission is to equip future generations with the tools to rise above any challenge, just as I have.
